Founding programme

Build BookEnu with us — and never pay full price

We’re inviting a small group of UK accountants and bookkeepers to use BookEnu on real clients, tell us what to build, and lock in a permanent founding-member discount for launch.

Straight talk

Early-stage, on purpose

BookEnu isn’t chasing commercial customers yet — and we’re not pretending it’s a polished, finished platform. It’s a working product with a strong core, built by EnuSoft Ltd, that gets better every week. If you’d rather help shape a tool than be sold one, this is the moment to get involved: your input carries the most weight now, and your pricing will never be better than it is for founding members.

Good to know

Founding programme questions

How much does the founding programme cost?

Nothing during early access — BookEnu is free to founding accountants while we build it together. When we launch commercial pricing, founding members keep a permanent early-adopter discount.

Is BookEnu finished?

The core is built and working: AI document processing, categorisation, a double-entry ledger, VAT and reports, a client portal and a communication dashboard. It is early-stage software, though — you are joining to use it on real work and help decide what comes next, not to buy a finished, guaranteed product.

What do you ask of founding accountants?

That you actually use it and tell us the truth — what works, what’s clunky, what’s missing. Honest feedback from a handful of real practices is worth more to us than a big customer list right now.

What kind of practice is a good fit?

UK accountants and bookkeepers handling sole traders, limited companies, contractors (CIS) or landlords, who are comfortable using new software and want to cut manual data entry. Whether you have five clients or fifty, if you’re hands-on and willing to give feedback, you’re a fit.

Can I file MTD VAT through BookEnu?

Not yet. BookEnu keeps MTD-ready digital records and produces the 9-box VAT figures; you file to HMRC yourself for now. Direct HMRC submission is on the roadmap, and founding feedback helps us prioritise it.
