Terms of use

Last updated: 03 July 2026. These early-access terms will be replaced by a full service agreement before commercial launch.

About these terms

This website (bookenu.com) and the BookEnu early-access programme are operated by EnuSoft Ltd (Companies House no. 17316693). By using this site or taking part in early access you agree to these terms.

Early access

BookEnu is early-stage software offered free of charge during early access. It is provided “as is”, may change or have downtime, and is not a finished, warranted product. Founding-member pricing benefits, where offered, apply when BookEnu moves to commercial pricing and will be confirmed in writing.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your login credentials secure and use BookEnu lawfully.
  • Ensure you have the right to upload any client data you put into the product.
  • Remember that, during early access, you remain responsible for your own filings and professional obligations. BookEnu keeps digital records and produces figures; it does not file to HMRC on your behalf.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site or BookEnu unlawfully, or in breach of anyone’s rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or reverse engineer the service or its infrastructure;
  • upload malware or content you don’t have the right to use, or that is unlawful; or
  • copy, resell or misuse the service or its content.

We may suspend or withdraw access if these terms are breached or to protect the service or other users.

Intellectual property

BookEnu, the BookEnu name and this website are owned by EnuSoft Ltd. You keep ownership of your own and your clients’ data.

Privacy and cookies

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy policy, and use cookies as described in our Cookie policy. By using this site you acknowledge those policies.

Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites and products (including partner products). We’re not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, EnuSoft Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from early-access use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as BookEnu develops. We’ll change the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
